The project was the development of an new perimeter fence with two additional structures for and Office Spaces and Garage, with an additional basement for a Gym & Spa facilities . The Owner used to rent the House during the winter season famous Actor & Musician - and that the purpose of the perimeter fence - to give privacy to the gardens and rooms that open to this open areas.
