Architect Victor R. Vega Sanabria has a Master Degree in Architecture from the School of Architecture at the University of Puerto Rico in 1987.

In 2009 he establishes his Professional Practice as VRVS ARQuitectos having prior and multiple experience with other architectural firms. In 2015 he expands his practice and establish VRVS-ARQ-FL, LLC and begins to work in the State of Florida. He rejoins forces with other professionals and expand the office to became Florida Building Plans were his serve as Principal Senior Architect. The FBP has their main offices in Florida, USA and Bogota, Colombia.

Architect Vega-Sanabria was elected to the Board of Directors of the Puerto Rico Architects Association (CAAPPR) and serves as Auditor on 2022-2023 and 2023-2024
