Lucia & Affiliates a non-profit organization, is dedicated to help the and offers the following services to the Community:

Permanent housing with support services for people from low income homeless, elderly, people with HIV/AIDS, among other population.

The Lucero del Alba Project provide 54 (1) bedroom apartment units and support services for the homeless. Located on the slope of a hill, the 5 story building take advantage of the topography for their development. On the lower level the service areas and the activity center are located, overlooking the existing creek and subsequent forest. The apartment are located on the sub-sequent levels at both sides of a central corridor that join the two building in a central vertical circulation system surrounded by terraces at both sides
