Villa Joyudas

Design of a New Residence located in the area of Joyuda in Cabo Rojo, PR, The existing house was  affected during the Hurricane Maria.  The Owners decide to build the new home over the remains of the existing  house.

The owner ask us, that the new design includes all the improvements for sustainability of the house in case of an emergency.  Also energy efficient material (Quad-Lock ICF System) will be used in the construction of the house, also we  reused the wood rafters & stud’s as finish material for the exterior wall of the stair volume.

The Design of the house will open his west façade to the views of Ratones Island and the Mona Canal. A  Pool Deck and Pier also was located on this rear patio
